Calling all Brains
We’re looking for more teammates! Because our clients are unique and vastly different from each other, we always hire for the brain, not for the resume. This has allowed us to continuously evolve and adapt.
We are a woman-owned business and we strive to find voices from various backgrounds and cultures. As storytellers and marketers, creative growth is important to us. Fresh perspectives and boundless creativity help us stay innovative, so we encourage diverse creators to apply.
We work in a barn with no cubicles or closed-door offices. We rely on this open-concept office style to get things done collaboratively. It’s why we do not offer remote positions and proof of vaccination is required.
Read on to see our open roles. If there aren't any open positions and you send us your resume anyways, we definitely won't not consider you.
No openings? Drop us a line anyway, we're always looking for cool brains.
Send your resume, cover letter and work samples to jobs@drivebrandstudio.com.
Drive
Are you self-motivated and always pushing yourself to be better? Do you thrive under tight deadlines and stay organized while managing multiple projects? We’re looking for someone who not only meets expectations but consistently goes above and beyond.
Brand
Do you have strong conceptual and layout design skills, with an eye for detail in typography and color? Can you craft compelling brand identities, logos and develop style guides? Experience in website design is a plus. Staying current with the latest social media platforms, trends, applications and content creation tools is essential.
Studio
We’re a self-sufficient, hands-on agency that brings ideas to life in-house. From illustration and photography to video editing and animation, we do it all, ensuring seamless coordination and execution from pre-production through final delivery. Proficiency in Adobe CC, Premiere Pro, Figma and AI tools is essential.
Who is Drive Brand Studio
We’re proud to call North Conway—America’s #1 ski town—home. Nestled in the Mt. Washington Valley, our open-concept barn adds to our camaraderie and creativity. It lets us constantly riff off one another. Like jazz. Barn Jazz. Is that a thing?
Why you may like it here:
You can develop and grow your role the way you want.
Work/life balance is important to us, so we don’t want you to work on the weekends. Go outside instead!
The mountain lifestyle is important to us—we’re proud that we live, work and play in the mountains. We care about the environment, the outdoors and our community.
We’ll help you find a place to live. We live in a tight-knit community and everyone helps each other out.
We can help you integrate into the community, whether it’s community volleyball or hiking/skiing groups, or board membership in a nonprofit.
